HON TREASURER LETITIA BERRY RETIREMENT
At the 2019 Theydon Trust AGM, Letitia Berry announced her retirement,
after being involved with the Trust for 25 years. During that time she served
with 5 different Chairmen. With her book keeping skills, she became the
Honorary Treasurer, and in that time she oversaw the finances of the new
build bungalow in Margaret Road, and of Ernest Wythes House in Hemnall
Street, the office of Citizens Advice, and social housing flats.
She was guest of honour at a surprise party organised by Theydon Trust,
and Epping and Theydon Charities, of which she was onetime Chairman, held
in Epping Hall. Members of both committees were joined there together
with friends of other local organisations of which she was a member.
The Trust and Charities wish her and Roger well in their move to a new
retirement flat in Colchester.
